On SPARCRequest Step 3 and SPARCDashboard, when adding a new document, the “Allow Access” dropdown currently defaults access to every service provider on the protocol. Uploaded documents are then only accessible by the selected service provider groups and authorized users on your study. For document management access in the dropdown menu, unchecking a service provider will remove their access to view selected document. For document security measures, all files uploaded to SPARC are stored securely in MUSC Information Solutions maintained database, and sit behind the enterprise firewall.
