Epic Research Upgrades

Did you know that the Epic EHR at MUSC is going through an upgrade? It is! We are upgrading to the newest 2017 version. Epic will not only have a new streamlined look, but there are a lot of new and exciting features for research. In order to ensure that all the great new functionality gets built, tested and functions correctly, the Epic Research team will be limited on new study-specific requests that can be received.

HB Service Quarterly Update Completed

Dear MUSC SPARCRequest Users,

We have finished updating the Hospital Technical Services (HB) services in SPARC according to the February chargemaster.

This quarterly updates includes the new services added, inactive services, CPT code, name changes, and/or pricing changes for the HB services.
