Only re-submit or “push” study changes to Epic if the change includes changes to the billing calendar such as adding/removing services or changing the service quantity or billing source (R/T/%).
Remember, each time you re-submit your study through the SPARC-Epic interface, you must re-release your billing calendar protocol in Epic. Additionally, you need to update the timelines on your participants as well. If in SPARC you make a change to 1) users 2) NCT numbers 3) IRB numbers, 4) sponsor/funding entity, 5) Certificate of Confidentiality, or 6) any of the new questions about study type, do not re-submit your study, simply email: email@example.com and notify the Epic Research Team of your changes.
