Only re-submit or “push” study changes to Epic if the change includes changes to the billing calendar such as adding/removing services or changing the service quantity or billing source (R/T/%).
Remember, each time you re-submit your study through the SPARC-Epic interface, you must re-release your billing calendar protocol in Epic. Additionally, you need to update the timelines on your participants as well. If you need help in completing this change, or have questions regarding the necessity, please email: email@example.com.
If in SPARC you make a change to 1) users 2) NCT numbers 3) IRB numbers, 4) sponsor/funding entity, 5) Certificate of Confidentiality, or 6) any of the new questions about study type, do not re-submit your study, simply email: firstname.lastname@example.org and notify the Epic Research Team of your changes.
